The Hartford Public Library Parkville Neighborhood Team is a group that participates actively in neighborhood meetings. We want to know what are the issues affecting the neighborhood. With our participation in local meetings we get to know the problems, concerns and aspirations of the community we serve. Also, we want to be part of the problem solving process by offering all the information that is available in all formats.

The team members work full time at the Main Library and at the Dwight Branch. We are committed to providing excellent library service and with the library’s motto "Listen learn and link" we go beyond the walls of the library and we make the Parkville Neighborhood our CAMPUS. So, if you see us in the neighborhood or come to the Dwight Library, your neighborhood library you now know that we have a lot to offer and that we are part of the community.
