organization provides prevention education as well as support groups for
gay/bi men and women and straight men and women. Volunteers are welcome
to help in its many community activities.
Aids Legal Network for
Connecticut The AIDS Legal Network for Connecticut (ALN) is a
collaborative project of the legal services agencies in Connecticut. It
is a statewide program that gives legal information, advice, brief
service, representation and referral to people living with HIV/AIDS in
Connecticut. They also provide legal education and legal technical
assistance to people working within the HIV service community and to
family members/support givers. There are no other programs within the
state offering legal case management services specifically for people
with HIV.

Connecticut Aids
Residence Coalition (CARC) is a coalition of 24 agencies throughout
Connecticut that provides supportive housing to people living with AIDS. CARC provides technical assistance to all of its agency members.
It also is a political voice at the State, Local, and Federal level.
