CSS/CON is committed to promoting a high quality of life through community participation to ensure that all residents treat one another with mutual respect.

These neighborhood standards apply to all who work, reside, worship, and recreate in the Sheldon/Charter Oak Neighborhood. Violations of the above standards will be enforced by the Hartford Police Department and will be referred to the Hartford Community Court Session or the Hartford Juvenile Court.
