Connecticut is one of only three states that. A bill is currently being considered by the State Legislature that would allow 16- and 17-year-olds to be treated as juveniles in courts of law.This panel discusses the pros and cons of this proposal with knowledgeable representatives from government, law enforcement, and youth services.
