Spaghettini Al Fresco (Spaghettini with Fresh Sauce) Ingredients: 1 lbs. spaghettini 10 leaves of fresh sweet - basil (chopped) one quart of celery heart (cut-in julienne) one cup of virgin olive oil one tea spoon of hot red pepper (Italian) 2 once of apple cider vinegar 2 cups of chopped tomatoes (Nice and Firm) salt and pepper to taste Garlic and spring onions can be added if preferred (chopped ). Directions: Cook the Spaghettini al dente (firm), drain water, place them in a large size bowl, pour sauce over and mix it altogether (mix it well). Ready to be served.
