Caribbean Remembrances: Recipes

Antiqua
Ingredients: 2 oz Cream of coconut 3 oz white
rum 1 oz dark rum 4 oz pineapple juice 1 cup finely crushed
ice 1 drop angostura bitters
Directions: Blend at high-speed for 30 seconds. Serve
in big goblets, with pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry. Makes 2
goblets.
