About TAP ESL Classes

Winter/Spring 2010 English Classes are now full. To be placed on a waitlist you must make an appointment to take a test to determine your level. An appointment can be made by calling (860) 695-6337 or through HartfordLEARN with assistance at any Hartford Public Library location. During your appointment, you will also be registered for our self-study program. (Remember to bring a photo ID and another proof of address to register for a FREE Library card.)
