instructions as a service to our customers. We also maintain files of
reproducible forms for the State of Connecticut and the IRS. These
materials can be found near the Service Desk in the Central Library as
well as in the Library's other
branches.

are available for downloading and online viewing.
(Many of these files
can be best viewed and printed using Adobe's free Acrobat Reader. Download the program and follow the instructions on Adobe's

Electronic
filing
of federal taxes is available from several sources
online, usually for a fee. Millions of taxpayers are eligible for
Free File. Free File is online tax preparation and
electronic filing through a partnership agreement between the IRS and
the Free File Alliance, LLC. Find out if you qualify.

persons complete their tax returns. This program is available from February 1-April 15 each
year. Use the
