Computer Classes Offerings

The tech centers, except for the Central Library, are open Monday through Friday until 9 p.m. and offer computer classes free of charge to city residents. The neighborhood computer program is designed to hook-up residents who don’t have their own home computers.

Each Neighborhood Technology Center has workstations available to customers with a valid Hartford Public Library card.
