Reserve a Meeting Room

To reserve a meeting room or event space, please visit roombookings.hplct.org/reserve. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Room reservations will be considered if booked two weeks in advance of the meeting date. Please see the meeting room policy when reserving a meeting room. Recommend a title we don’t own by logging into your library account and filling out the Send a Request form. Due to the volume of requests we receive, please limit your requests to no more than three (3) per month.
