Passport Services

The Downtown Library, 500 Main Street, is open Monday through Thursday 9 am to 6 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. All other Library locations are currently closed to the public. From the Downtown Library, you can use a computer; fax, copy, print or scan; and, make an appointment for Passports, Municipal IDs, Notary Service, to visit TAP or secure research time in the Hartford History Center.  You can borrow Library materials through HPL’s contact-free service. For more information and to make an appointment, call 860-695-6300 or email contactus@hplct.org. Please remember, masks are a must.
