With your library card you can borrow a pass to visit museums and attractions just as you would a book or DVD!
We have an on-line museum pass reservation system. Use it to reserve a pass with an HPL adult or teen card up to 30 days in advance. Most of our passes are printable, meaning you can make a reservation and then print a confirmation page from home or the library to bring with you to the museum. No need to return anything to us!
Please note that some museums are closed at this time due to the pandemic. Check with each musuem directly to see if they are open and if they are accepting passes.
Check out a pass using your HPL card ( out of town cards not eligible) and they will email you a link and access code good for 24 hours. Click on the button below and search for "TheaterWorks Hartford."
