The Hartford Public Library is a Regional School Choice Office Satellite Site offering general information about School Choice options for your child/children and application assistance. School Choice information and application assistance is available at our branches during open hours with Youth Services Librarians or School Choice Coordinators.

Spanish language assistance with the RSCO online application: By phone at 860-713-6990; schedule an appointment for in-person assistance at the Parent Resource Center, 450 Columbus Blvd., Hartford, CT 06103, Upon arrival at security, have security call the Parent Resource Center at 860-713-6990. RSCO provides assistance in the following languages through a translation service: Arabic, Chinese, French, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Korean, Pashto, Polish, and Portuguese. Language assistance is available using interpretation services at 860-713-6990.
